This Payment & Refund Policy governs all services provided by Task Master Enterprises ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through the website WndTrtmntMstr.com . By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy, which is drafted in accordance with U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
All payments for window decoration selection services must be completed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and secure electronic payment systems. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), and all transactions will be processed in USD.
Clients must ensure all billing information is accurate. In case of payment failure, the Company reserves the right to withhold services until payment is successfully completed.
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the consultation or design work has begun. Exceptions may be made at the Company’s discretion in cases such as:
Customers may request cancellation at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled consultation. If cancellation is timely, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative fees. No refunds will be granted for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Customized design plans, special consultations, and third-party product recommendations are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, due to the preparation and expertise involved.
For any disputes regarding payment or refunds, clients should first contact the Company directly. Unresolved disputes will be addressed under U.S. consumer protection laws. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of future services.
